2. Scope of Services
We provide, but are not limited to, the following services:

- Emergency vehicle recovery
- Auction vehicle delivery
- Scrap car collection
- UK to EU vehicle export coordination
- Auction buying support
- Referral to trusted third-party automotive specialists
All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, location, and operational constraints.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time.
Prices may change if:
- Vehicle condition differs from what was stated
- Access is restricted or unsafe
- Additional services are required
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service or collection.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions differ materially from what was agreed.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by Roadsist Auto.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:
- Safety concerns
- Weather conditions
- Mechanical or operational issues
- Factors beyond our control
Cancellations made at short notice may still incur charges.
5. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
- The vehicle is free from undeclared dangerous goods
- You have disclosed accurate details regarding vehicle condition, modifications, damage, and access limitations
Failure to disclose accurate information may result in refusal of service or additional charges.
6. Access, Safety & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or terminate a service if conditions are unsafe
- Refuse access to hazardous, illegal, or restricted locations
- Decline recovery or transport where doing so may cause damage, injury, or legal risk
Safety of staff, customers, and the public takes priority at all times.
7. Liability & Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or deterioration.
Vehicles are recovered and transported at the customer’s risk, subject to insurance cover.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of income, loss of business, and delays outside our control.
Any damage claims must be reported immediately and before the vehicle leaves the destination site.
8. Scrap Vehicles
Scrap vehicles must be legally owned by the customer.
Roadsist Auto accepts no responsibility for personal items left in scrap vehicles.
Scrap values may change based on market conditions and vehicle condition.
We reserve the right to refuse scrap collection if documentation is incomplete.
9. Auction Vehicles
Vehicles purchased at auction are collected as-is.
We are not responsible for auction descriptions, condition reports, or undisclosed faults.
Delays caused by auction release procedures are outside our control.
10. UK to EU Vehicle Export
Export services are provided in coordination with specialist partners.
Roadsist Auto is not responsible for customs delays, import regulations in destination countries, taxes, duties, or registration issues.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally exportable.
11. Third-Party Partners & Referrals
Recommendations to garages, mechanics, MOT centres, or other specialists are provided in good faith.
Roadsist Auto is not responsible for the work, pricing, or outcomes of third-party services.
Any agreement with third parties is strictly between the customer and that provider.
12. Payments
Payment terms are communicated at booking.
We reserve the right to require payment in advance, on collection, or on delivery.
Failure to pay may result in service refusal or vehicle retention where legally permitted.
13. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Mechanical breakdown
- Acts of God
- Government actions
14. Website Use
Website content is provided for general information only.
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or availability.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, and media are the property of Roadsist Auto and may not be used without written permission.
16. Governing Law
